1. Template-Generated Content Disclaimer

The RFI Response Generator produces template-based draft responses using pre-written language patterns. These drafts are not legal, professional, or construction industry advice. Generated content may not address your specific project conditions, contractual requirements, or jurisdictional regulations.

2. Not Professional Advice

This tool does not provide architectural, engineering, legal, or construction advice. It generates document templates that reference AIA A201-2017 General Conditions for informational purposes only. The tool does not replace the judgment of a licensed professional.

3. Professional Review Required

Before using any generated response, you must:

• Have the response reviewed by a licensed architect, engineer, or appropriate professional
• Verify all clause references against your specific contract documents
• Confirm the response addresses the actual RFI question and project conditions
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and jurisdictional requirements
• Obtain appropriate approvals per your firm's quality control procedures

4. No Professional Endorsement

This tool references AIA A201-2017 standards for context only. Avir is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sanctioned by the American Institute of Architects (AIA) or any licensing body. Use of this tool does not satisfy professional licensing requirements in any jurisdiction.

5. Limitation of Liability

Avir is not responsible for:

• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in generated content
• Loss of time, money, or reputation resulting from use of generated responses
• Misuse of the tool or failure to review with a professional
• Non-compliance with RFI requirements, project specifications, or applicable codes
• Any downstream consequences of submitting generated responses

You use this tool at your own risk. Avir provides it on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Avir's total liability exceed the amount you have paid for the tool in the preceding 12 months.

6. No Warranty of Accuracy

Avir makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated responses. AIA A201 clause references are provided for general informational purposes and may not reflect the most current edition or your specific contract terms.

7. User Responsibility & Indemnification

You assume all responsibility for reviewing, editing, and submitting any responses generated by this tool. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avir and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of generated content.

8. Data & Privacy

This tool runs entirely in your web browser. When you use this tool:

• No data is transmitted to Avir servers or any third party
• All processing occurs locally on your device
• No project information, RFI questions, or responses are stored or collected
• PDF files are generated locally and saved directly to your device

9. Intellectual Property

You own your inputs and the generated outputs. Avir retains all rights to the tool itself, including the templates, user interface, and underlying code. You may use generated outputs for any lawful purpose, subject to these Terms.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use generated responses as final, unreviewed submissions on official RFIs
• Misrepresent template-generated content as original professional work product
• Use the tool for purposes unrelated to RFI response drafting
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the tool's templates or code for redistribution

11. Changes to Terms

Avir may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the tool constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
